Khan of Finland will inhabit each of the three levels of the facility's structure For All and my Sadness with a different outfit, character and song. Every change of space, costume, identity and music will occur in full view of the public. The artist will interact with visitors through conversations, visual contact and spontaneous encounters.

Khan of Finland. Interdisciplinary artist, performer and producer of Turkish-Finnish origin. He lives and works between Berlin, New York and Mexico City. His practice integrates performance, sound, photography, drawing and installation into continuous research on perception, memory and collective imagination.

Based on subcultural contexts and experimental music, Khan explores the spaces of transition between ritual and everyday life, intuition and technology, as well as between digital and physical experiences. His works develop as open processes that emerge from performative actions, where sound, image and body function as carriers of meaning.

Since the early 1990s, Khan has developed a practice situated at the intersection of music, contemporary art and performance. After a decisive decade in New York, he has lived in Berlin since 2002 and carries out international projects in collaboration with artists from different disciplines. His work has been presented, among other spaces, at PS1 (New York), Meyer Foundation (Mexico), Gaîté Lyrique (Paris), Haus der Kulturen der Welt (Berlin) and within the framework of Documenta 13.
